I just have to tell all my fans and supporters how much your positivity means to me. There is so much hate in this world, and your positivity and love you show to me is beyond rewarding. I want to say thank you for always believing in me, always sticking up for me, and most of all, always showing love and never letting the haters phase you. You’re all my best friends even if we haven’t met yet, we’re besties for life because we have each other’s back no matter what. Don’t ever let the haters bring you down, you’re an amazing person inside and out, and people are just damn right jealous. SO KISSES TO YOU ALL FOR ALWAYS BEING THERE FOR ME AND JUST GETTING IT. YOU UNDERSTAND ME AND I LOVE YOU FOREVER. XOXOXO
Hey guys! This week’s Trainer Q & A comes from Betty who asks, “What should an ‘ideal meal plan’ include in order to lose weight?”.
Any diet or meal plan that allows you to burn more calories than you ingest, will inadvertently lead to fat loss. Reducing calories is fairly simple. Making sure your nutrient levels are optimal can be a bit more tricky. I strongly suggest a reduced calorie diet, that includes foods rich in proteins, vitamins and minerals. More specifically; approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of lean body weight. This insures that muscle development continues, while fat is being burned. I suggest the protein be the predominant nutrient on any plate. Vegetables rich in minerals and anti-oxidants are next. I’m also an advocate of vitamin and mineral supplements. This ensures optimal health, while you achieve your fitness goals.
