As you know I’m pregnant and I still LOVE working out!!! It’s definitely okay to workout while you are pregnant, as long as you work with a trainer in doing workouts that are safe for you and your baby!! This week we are going to talk about some of the amazing benefits of working out and do my favorite full body workout with a concentration on getting those super sexy biceps!!!! Let’s do this booboos!!!
