My Fitness Progress Report!

After I had Lorenzo, I made it a goal of mine to get healthy and in great shape. I think I’ve been doing an awesome job, especially when I look back at pictures of myself when I first started! I really learned that hard work definitely pays off! With the help of my trainer, Anthony Michael, and healthier eating, I’ve toned my body and gained so much muscle! If you want to be healthier, just know you really have to work hard to achieve your end goal. Don’t give up! Trust me, it feels so good when you get there!! Just look at the progress I’ve made in less than a year in this gallery. Enjoy!!
